I have a hard time with eyeliner wearing off mid-day. I've tried multiple products to no avail. This Wet & Wild eyeliner is one of the few to stay put and last all day, without migrating down to my cheeks. Would repurchase for sure
If you're looking for a budget-friendly eyeliner that actually works, especially during a busy day where you might sweat, go to practice, get lunch, then hang out, this is a solid pick. For a teen looking to step up their liner game, I'd totally recommend it. It's stylish, holds up, and doesn't break the bank. Would I buy again? Not the same
I have loved the h2o proof liquid eyeliner for over 20 years because it stayed put and I have a vintage aesthetic. If anything it was harder to put on because it wanted to stay put but that was welcome over this!. The last two I have purchased (separately) smudge/smear at the slightest hint of oil on my skin. It's annoying and embarrassing. I'm disappointed. It's also weird that the formula supposedly hasn't changed. So perhaps they are using poor quality ingredients now. I'm sad. Waterproof and perfect!
