It does help brighten and prep my skin for makeup, but it does have little highlighting pigments in it, its almost like a glitter. It has a nice light scent to it, and i do like it. just not sure how i feel about the little sparkle almost glitter stuff its got. Feels like more of a highlighter than brightening. Makeup Stays Put!

It's a water-based primer serum so application is super easy especially with the dropper. There is a pleasant tropical smell to the serum, but it's not so strong you can smell it after it dries. Not too bad

It is runny so it feels like i a thin layer of serum on my face. The smell is ok.
