    It's bad...

    I bought it yesterday, the application over the eyeshadow is just terrible, dry so it's impossible to draw a clean line. 1/10 would not recommend

    Great color; defective product

    I usually purchase the liquid eyeliner "Megaliner", but after searching a few places I could not locate the Dark Brown color that I use. I had no choice but to purchase this proline Felt Tip Eyeliner in Dark Brown. The color is perfect, however, the cap shoots off on its own and will not stay on when in my cosmetic bag. It has dried out and I cannot use it after only using it twice. A waste of my time. They need to come up with a better container! Also, please bring back the Megaliner 872A Dark Brown.

    Defective Cap

    I bought this eyeliner and straight out of the box it felt dry. When I was done, I put the cap on it and the next morning I went to reach for it and the cap was off. I could not get the cap to stay on and it dried out over night. According to other reviews from YEARS ago, this has had defective caps and the design still has not changed.

    Bad packaging design

    I bought this eyeliner awhile ago and love the product. Unfortunately, for some reason, the manufacturer has thought it a good idea to have a screw on cap . It also pops on and snaps into place but neither works. The cap pops off even without touching the product. Last night, it popped off in my makeup caddy overnight and dried out. I had to throw it away!
