[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually take sleep-aids as pills so I wasn't sure how this liquid version would work. After trying it multiple times, it's honestly not too bad and kicks in very quick. The flavor is not my favorite but it's not bad. It does have this warming effect which is soothing for nighttime before bed, so I would definitely continue using this and recommend to others! Super Sleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ZzzQuil nighttime sleep aid does wonder for helping me get the sleep I need. It's active ingredient is diphenhydramine HCI. It is melatonin free as well and is non habit forming. I suffer from occasional sleep issues and this helps when I need a good nights sleep. Put me to, and kept me asleep for hours!
I've been having trouble sleeping, and kept waking up two or three hours before my 6am alarm. It's been exhausting!
