This product is slow performing and should be taken at least an half hour before bedtime. Don't consume any beverage with caffeine because it defeats the purpose of the aid. It's ok to have non caffeinated beverages and to consume a meal before taking the sleep aid. Works great, sleep all night
ZzzQuil Nighttime Time sleep aid liquid, warming berry is a great product. It does what it says it will do. It helps you to sleep all night long. So you get a very good night sleep and wake up feeling great. It works the first time you use it. I would recommend it to everyone that's having a hard time sleeping. Does Not Work
You'd be better off taking your $12 and buying a bottle of NyQuil. This product does not help you fall asleep, stay asleep, or get restful sleep.
