The ladies in the pharmacy were very helpful. One of them showed me a video on YouTube explaining how to use the glucose monitor. I had not used one before. She was very helpful. I had called earlier to see if they had one in stock because the CVS on 11th Street in Huntsville had my prescription and they promised me one by Tuesday evening but Wednesday morning they still did not have one. A lady named Kelly or Carrie said they had one in the store & she would hold it for me. The entire staff at this CVS on Sam Houston Ave. in Huntsville, was very helpful and caring. ¡Gracias!1 users found this review helpful.

This worthless thing doesnt come with any test strips. I ran to CVS because I needed to urgently check my blood glucose. I returned home and opened the box, just to find out I now have to return to CVS to get a refund on this piece of junk because it has no trst strips. Need to replace battery after used 10 months
I checked my glucose in the morning everyday since July 2024. It is about 10 months, the 'changing battery icon' pop up one morning. After I replaced the battery, the battery icon stilled on. Since I still have more than 50 test strips, I decided to buy a new unit from CVS again. Doesn’t include strips - worthless
Get home and the thing doesn't include strips and can't get the strips anywhere. Completely worthless. Still Isn’t Working
Although the person on the help line was kind, I am a week out from purchase and still haven't been able to check my sugar. They sent me new test strips to see if bad strips were why the monitor wouldn't turn on. The new strips will turn it on, but then it triggers an error code. Now, I have to call back so they can send me a new monitor. It really hasn't been worth the cheap price.6 users found this review helpful.
