I am pleasantly surprised at how much this helped my symptoms when I had a bad cold. I still felt icky, but I could tell a difference when the meds wore off and time to take another dose. I don't usually buy Advil but...

I was glad I was able to try these and had them on hand when my husband and I were sick. A high quality medicine for colds
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting a cold is never fun. However, I can tell you that my symptoms were way less intense with these new advil cold pills on the market. I used them when I started first feeling a cold coming on. They really helped me get through my day and assisted in me feeling good enough to get through the rest of my work day.
