[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a nurse I think it beneficial to take a one a day Multivitamin for your overall health. This Multivitamin supports energy, metabolism, hair, skin, & nails which is everything I'm looking for in a daily supplement. These also are gummies & if you're like me, someone who has a terrible time taking medication in pill form, then you will love these. The taste isn't bad & comes in strawberry flavor but there is a slight unpleasant smell. Also another plus is ZERO Sugar!! Great Vitamin, real energy
