I would have given this product a 5, but almost choked to death attempting to swollen the capsule. They worked, but unfortunately I cannot put myself through another choking session. Took them twice, hoping that the first choking experience was a fluke, but it happened again. Unnatural iridescent color
The product the product works fine, except iridescent color is very unnatural and I am uncomfortable taking it. Very hard to swallow
Im a long time user of Alka Seltzer. And I don't usually have a problem swallowing pills but these gel caps are very hard. The first time the gel cap caught in my throat and I had to keep drinking water for a few minutes before it finally went down I thought it a one time issue. But then the gel cap got stuck the next two times I took them and left me with a sore throat.
