Love this drink! Keeps me satisfied for hours!
Heard good things about this stuff in a magazine. Wasnt easy to locate. Ive lost 13 lbs after the first 2 weeks. Read the label and start out following the first step in the instructions. Youll lose weight much faster if u do. Nontheless, i lost weight even before following the directions. I really feel like meeting my weight loss goals is actually possible with almased. Whats better is that im not feeling starved or feeling to depraved. I am now using almased along with a keto diet. So i feel myself very slowly losing weight, but without much effort. I havent started a workout plan yet, but qhen i do, i KNOW that ill get this stubborn weight off once and for all. Just get it, it works!

Very good diet plan it is expensive for me but I am grateful to receive coupons from CVS so that I can afford it! The workers at CVS are always very helpful and friendly and thankyou again CVS for helping me with coupons so I can afford to stay on my diet plan .

Almased is a great way to lose weight, it comes in a convenient powder form. when I use this product on a regular basis my blood pressure goes down. It's a heart healthy product!

It works great as a meal replacement
I use Almased protein powder as a meal replacement or when I'm in a hurry..I make a shake in the blender, I use 12oz water with 15 ice cubes. I flavor it with dark chocolate cocoa powder & peppermint extract. I also add a little non fat powdered dry milk & a bit of olive oil for that Mediterranean touch. I also add some beet root powder & collagen powder for good measure.

Absolute best diet shake
If you follow the guidelines, you will definitely lose weight. Tastes good to me with mostly water & a little oat milk. A bit pricey, but I use a 40% off CVS Extracare coupon.
