Online prices
I was alittle upset that your product was a different price online than it was in the store. I went to two locations to buy this product and both locations would not honor the online price. Make it into a shake and it is delicious
This really does help me lose weight I add it to mild and some blueberries and blend it and it is delicious the first three days were the hardest cuz I had to only drink the three shakes a day no food and then I eat one meal. Day and a shake my blouse that was tight I on me is getting looser and I have lost 6 pounds in one month do I am y way I want to lose at least 36 pounds so I will be continuing using al Almased it tastes delicious2 users found this review helpful.

You need to stop eating for 3 days and just use the protein powder mixed with liquids. Of course you will lose weight I don't need this to do that.
