[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Almay conditioning liquid eyeliner is fragrance free and hypoallergenic, suitable for those like me who have sensitive skin around the eyes. The felt tip is flexible towards the end, yet firm towards the base. It is very easy to draw the line. It does dry very quickly and is vividly, intensely pigmented. I can confirm it is good for all-day wear; it does not run at all and resists smudging. As for the conditioning part, I didn't really notice any kind of moisturizing or conditioning effect on my lashes or skin. However, it did not irritate my skin at all - a huge plus for someone with sensitive skin - and smells totally neutral once dried.
