If you are looking for a longer pad without increasing the thickness, we recommend moving to the next pad size, Extra Heavy 6-drop pads. Always Discreet Heavy Long pads are designed with strong adhesive to keep the pad in place. A good bond should form after removing the release paper and pressing the pad firmly into the underwear. We heard most women want a discreet and thin pad, and learning this, we did some targeted research and found most women were not properly fitting the product to their body when they needed the absorbency of a 5 or 6-drop pad. We innovated to improve the fit while maintaining the same amount of absorbency and protection. If you previously relied on the 5 long pads, we recommend that you try out our new 6 Drop Regular Length for the same protection you've come to love and rely on.
