Cannot open the roll on.
I bought two of the roll ons and cannot open either one. I bought it for my sister to use on her very painful hands. Really unhappy with this. Three people tried to open them.

Don't buy the roll-on
I use the cream and it works. The roll-on does nothing. If you don't use it every day, the ball gets dry and doesn't move. You have to take you finger and try to use it. It was a waste of money for me.

Can’t open the roll top bottle.
I bought the rolltop option thinking it would be less messy to use. I'm 72 years old have arthritis and it took me 20 minutes to open the lid. How stupid is it of the company to have a cream that helps with arthritis not to have the ability to easily open the bottle? Clearly you're not thinking of your senior customers.
