Usually, when hair is dry and frizzy, that's a sign that the hair hasn't been conditioned well enough. It's a chance that the products used just wasn't rich enough for your hair type. For a better experience, we recommend trying a conditioner with a richer formulation so your hair can get the moisturization that it needs. You can also consider using a hair mask or treatment, two to three times a week, to help with any excessive dryness you may be experiencing. We would recommend using a conditioner that is a richer texture and using a conditioning treatment 2 or 3 times a week.
