I used to use this years ago. It was just called Aussie Sprunch Spray. I used it back in the day of perms and it enhanced my curls and left me smelling like grapes. Even the boys commented on it. Then I used it on my straight, slightly wavy hair and it made waves, so I decided to try it again after a long while. Apparently this is not the same formula. It just makes my hair crunchy and definitely is not the same fragrance that I used to know and love. It’s good, but...
This is a good product, but the aerosol Sprunch Spray was so much better for my natural curls. I love putting my hair up in a bun but can never find a spray that doesn't dry to quickly and allow me to finish my hair do. A User for as Long as I Can Remember
For about the last month or so, I have not been able to find Aussie Sprunch Spray non-aerosol in the stores. After initial concern turning to near panic, I had to come to the source. I have been using this wonderful product for at least 16 years but quite possibly double that. Please don't discontinue this because there is nothing like it. One word Terrible!
Horrible! No comparison to the original hair spray. I have used Aussie hair spray from the beginning for my long curly hair. I was always complimented on my hair and it always held my curls perfectly. The new formula is quite the opposite. It does't hold the curls', it leaves my hair limp and greasy feeling. I'm disappointed with this new formula and I threw away the three bottles I recently purchased.
