Disappointing.
This is an irritant for my reactive skin! Extremely disappointed in the quality of the product specially designed for sensitive skin! Terrible - avoid
If I could give zero stars I would. This is not gentle and it is definitely not for sensitive or dry skin. It does not comfort skin, it leaves it itchy. I originally purchased the other milky detergent of the same brand (it used to be my go to product, for years). That formula has been changed too and is also really bad now. So I complained, I said very clearly that my skin is extremely dry and sensitive and they sent me this one. They must be kidding! I will go search for a milky or creamy, comforting cleanser elsewhere - this is not it. I wonder who is trying out your products before you push them on your customers (by the way, using the old names with new formulas, which is a totally unacceptable practice)Reply from Avene USAHace 7 mesesHello franceti! Beware - may cause a reaction
I always wipe this off with a wet washcloth. Tonight I left it on for two minutes while I was brushing my teeth and my skin started to burn. Needs a Pump
I would try this product if it came in a pump, but what I really miss is the Antirougiers Cleansing Cream. Rather than discontinue or cheapen a product because of all this inflation, I would rather pay more for a good product. Terrible
Horrible, it burned my skin terribly in 30 seconds. I can NOT understand how they can say this is an extremely gentle cleanser. I would like to upload a picture but I don't see the option to do it... I think Avene is changing a lot of formulas that used to work wonders, probably to cut costs and come out with cheap formulas like this one.
