For nasal stuffiness, this product is great. I use it before bed to help me breathe easier while sleeping. I use other Ayr products as well. Great for keeping the nasal passages moist.

Soothing and healing
I have a history of sinus surgery and sometimes in the winter due to dry heat have issues with nasal soreness and dryness.
