Not sure they work.
I have been on them for about two weeks, can't tell that there is much difference in taking them or not.

Expensive, but might be worth it...
Took this product but the positive effects were minimal. At $30 per box, you'd be better served with a continuous supply of cranberry juice.

I was hopeful this would make a difference after a few weeks but unfortunately it did not. I followed the directions taking 3 a day for two weeks and 2 a day after but I still have to use the bathroom multiple times at night and multiple times during the day. Honestly I haven't noticed a difference after taking this.
