I bought these before of the ingredients listed here on this site. So I was very disappointed when I got it home and saw carrageenan listed on the carton. Carrageenan is a definite NO for those suffering from alpha gal syndrome. Tasty, but...
Delicious! However, these are chocolate chunks - not flakes, and the chocolate over-powers the cherries. But it is tasty for a dairy-free ice cream. Best Non-Dairy Ever!!!
After having been diagnosed with Colitis and having to give up dairy ( huge cheese lover), etc. and coping with the daily struggles of the disease, I discovered Ben and Jerry’s Non- Dairy Cherry Garcia ice Cream!!! It is so delicious!!!! Tastes as great as the original version unlike other nondairy substitutes for everything. No sacrifice for dessert!
