Purchased the Blendjet ll and the sleeve the middle of February 2023 and arrived a few days later. The canister was not a 16oz. capacity so I was told to buy the 20oz. canister (really?) which the company does not have a travel sleeve for as does the 16oz. canister. When I tried calling the company, there was a recording but no real person to speak to. I was directed to send an email for return authorization. Every email sent (and there were several) took 3 days for a response and then they offered me a 25% refund if I kept the machine. It took a month to get authorization to return it and finally a refund. The blender itself is not worth the money when you can get one as good if not better elsewhere.
