Good tasting healthy alternative drink.

Great flavor

It's not chalky and there is no weird aftertaste. Sustains appetite

They're gluten free with 4g of sugar and 16g of protein. Delicious flavor and lots of nutrients

She has a small appetite and I often worry about her getting enough nutrients and vitamins. I'm happy she is getting plenty of protein and vitamins in this shake. Just okay
