Perforations
I'd like to say I've been using these paper towels for 10 years. I love the absorbency strength they have. The problem I'm having is the way they tear off the roll. For the last 4 months they don't tear off the roll right. Durable

I appreciate that these towels are really absorbent—they handle spills, toddler messes and cook-up disasters without failing me.  The “Select-A-Size” feature means I can pull a smaller sheet when it’s just a little splash rather than waste a full large one, which helps with everyday cleanup.  On the flip side: some users mention that the sheets seem thinner than before or that one sheet feels less substantial than it used to being. Quality drastically changed
I have been purchasing these every month on Amazon's subscribe and save for years. This month's order came, and I immediately noticed a difference. I use these to clean up water spills my dogs leave behind. Usually I need 1-2 pieces. I needed 6 pieces. The are noticeably thinner and the cardboard center ro is even taller than the paper towels as well. Another Frustrated Formerly Loyal Fan
I grew up using Bounty towels - stronger and well priced. Now, the quality has suffered (thinner towels?) and shrinkflation has taken its toll. It is nearly impossible to determine which size or bundle is most economical for the price. I value transparency, and that now seems to be lacking. I have no intention of taking even more time to call the company to decipher it all. Please bring back old-fashioned quality and transparency. What's happening? Less bang for your buck!
