    Works as advertised.

    The strips open up my nose at night so I can have a more restful sleep. I prefer this alternative to taking medicine to keep my breathing passages open.

    Breath wrong

    It did not do anything except remove skin from my nose when trying to remove.

    Helps get a good night dlerp

    I use the strips every night. They open up my nasal passages and allow me a full and restful night's sleep. Highly recommended!

    Doesn't Stick

    Don't go with the clear strips. I don't know how these qualify as extra strength. They come off my nose within a few hours of sleep. My advice is to "stick" with the original fabric-style strips.

    Too short

    Needed to use two so that they were 9 cm long. The company makes money because it requires you to extend its size.
