Don’t buy
My cousin and I bought this today and I would not recommend. Disappointed
My package was dry as well....no algae extract whatsoever...nothing...didn't stay on either... dry and not useful
I'm not sure if this is a packaging issue but the eye masks were totally dried out when I opened them.
