About what you'd expect
This is a Hershey product and developed for mass appeal. It has a relatively low percentage of cacao, I'm guessing 60% or less. The texture is melt in your mouth and pleasing. I prefer a higher cacao content and slightly bitter flavor but this is perfect for dark chocolate lovers who prefer a flavor more closely akin to a deep milk chocolate. I can't fault it, just not my personal preference. That said, I had no problem eating it all up. I might buy it again occasionally since it's considerably less expensive than the imports.
