Puts me to sleep every night

Great for insomnia

definitely effective
This tea is amazing. My husband has always had a hard time falling asleep and getting up in the morning. This is the first melatonin containing product he has ever tried and he falls asleep easily and is able to get up earlier while still feeling rested! He tried some melatonin capsules when we ran out of the tea but they didn't work nearly as well. There's something special about this blend! soothing and relaxing for a deep and restful night
This tea is a great tasting and fast action. The mint and chamomile are ultra soothing for my body as I prepare for sleep. I love this after a long day and night and I'm ready to just wind down completely.
