Not sure how well they worked, but no negative side-effects
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't honestly know how much these helped. I don't get a ton of night sweats, but I did still get them a few times while taking these. I also take other supplements in the evening, so I don't know that I can attribute positives or negatives to these Centrum tablets. I don't think they made anything WORSE at least. Good sleep aid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually take melatonin to help me sleep, and this works similarly. The pills are easy to swallow and don't have any aftertaste. Not bad!

It's supposed to help with restful sleep and help with keeping the hot flashes at bay at night. I've been using it for maybe two weeks. I take it at night with the glass of water and it's been helping with sleep not as much as I thought it would but it's not bad so I think the product is OK. Definitely works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a woman going trough Perimenopause I have to admit that this supplements do work. I have night sweats and some mild hot flashes during specific days of the month and I started taking this supplements at the beginning of the month web I've noticed that my night sweat has definitely calmed down a lot and I'm able to have a more restful night. It doesn't help that we are in the middle of summer but even with the AC blasting on me and a personal fan by my nightstand I am still suffering from the dread te night sweats. I've noticed how I got to rest a lot better while taking the supplements and how I felt a lot a happier and rested trough my days. Not effective

Hard to Tell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a big problem with sleep. Either I can't at all or I wake up every couple of hours. I did notice a slight decrease of hot flashes at nights. I only received a 28 day supply and a lot of medications or supplements take a few months to actually see a huge improvement. Blown away honestly
