The active ingredient is phenol! It's very toxic and can be corrosive. It says only use it for 2 days max but if a child or if anyone misuses this it can be fatal. It made my sore throat worse and also made it burn. I don't recommend. I believe that this ingredient is banned in other countries. Even if you use it it doesn't work that well. tastes like burning rubber
After a week of terrible sleeping from a cold I decided to get something for my throat. Does this product work to numb your throat? Yes. However, it has a taste of burning rubber that is so disgusting I gagged.
