    Taking to enhance my throid medicine

    I have been taking ADK for 2 weeks. So far I haven't noticed anything. I assume it could take several months to notice improvement

    D3 and k2 work together

    The k2 along with d3 yieldeda higher blood d3 than before i added k2 to my daily supplement protocol. The k2 has also led to nonfragile fingernails. This is an indicator that i am moving away from being an osteoporosis candidate.

    Wonderful vitamin / 180 day supply

    I take one a day in the morning and am feeling great over the last month since starting with this supplement. Love the very generous 6 month supply. Easy to take. 100% all good!

    Works well

    My package was misdelivered by FedEx. Codeage customer service was excellent in finding where my package was so I could retrieve it. I selected this because it helps maintain my vitamin D levels. My doctor recommended a supplement because my blood work showed I was low on vitamin D. I choose this brand; my blood work now show normal vitamin D levels. It's working for me.
