It’s a winner
Best toothpaste ever. Removes smokers stains and bad breath. My mouth stays fresh for hours. Also I notice I don’t want to smoke after brushing my teeth. Now that’s a huge win.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on crest.com - Yes, I recommendMisterReviewed 8 months ago

IT HAS COCAMIDOPROPYL BETAINE
I hate you! You deliberately excluded cocamidopropyl betaine from the box! I'm allergic & my lips are swollen! I hate you so much!Reply from crest.com10 months agoThere's nothing more important to us than the safety and satisfaction of our users, so we're truly sorry to hear about this, and we hope you're feeling better. We do extensive quality and safety testing to ensure all ingredients are listed on the package, and that they are safe to use. Because you had this experience, we ask that you please discontinue using it and seek medical attention if you have not done so already. Based on your picture, it could be possible that that toothpaste you're holding up is actually for our Crest 3D White Brilliance Hydrogen Peroxide Teeth Whitening, Anticavity Fluoride Toothpaste. This toothpaste has the exact ingredients as what you have pictured. Our Crest 3D White Brilliance Vibrant Peppermint Teeth Whitening, Anticavity Fluoride Toothpaste, which you wrote your review for, doesn't actually contain Hydrogen Peroxide. Regardless, this isn't something we take lightly, and we'd like to make a detailed report to our Quality and Safety Teams. Caused blisters
I bought this 2 weeks ago and I now have blisters in my mouth. It burns to eat or drink anything. I don’t know why it did this. I rinsed my mouth out thoroughly.Reply from crest.com1 year agoYour health and safety are most important to us, and we're sorry to hear this is happening to you. Our whitening toothpaste undergoes extensive testing and consumer monitors to deliver a high-quality product our consumers will love and trust. However, we understand some flavor oils, surfactants/foaming agents, tartar control agents, and abrasives all have some potential to irritate. While all of our products are safe and effective, some people may not tolerate a particular formulation, and if irritation persists or becomes uncomfortable, discontinue use and consult with your dentist. Your dentist may recommend an alternate version such as a sensitivity product. We're sharing your report with the Safety Team and want to assist further with this experience. Please call us when you can at 1-800-492-7378, M - F, 9 am to 6 pm EST.Regards,Customer Care0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on crest.com - Food dyeReviewed 1 year ago
Whitening + food dye?
Why most of their whitening toothpaste started adding food coloring and is not white or clear? I’m a registered dentist btw, I used to love crest vivid white ten yrs ago when it was white with a clear strip in the middle but sorry am I the only person that thinks it’s counterintuitive to scrub blue or green or red dye on my teeth ???? Almost all of your tooth paste is colored in traumatized. I think the ultra white might be white finally but I’m having issues seeing the inactive ingredients online and theirs no picture of this on the bottle can you please make all your tooth paste white and post a picture of the colorReply from crest.com1 year agoWe're sorry to hear that you feel this way. We can assure you that a lot of thought goes into our toothpastes. However, we certainly understand that preferences can vary, and we'll be sure to share your feedback with our team. To learn more about the ingredients we use, we suggest searching for our products on the Smart Label website. It also may be helpful to know that all of our Crest Gum Detoxify, Gum & Enamel Repair, and Gum & Sensitivity formulas do not contain colored dyes such as red, blue, and green, so we suggest giving one of these toothpastes a try, if you haven't already. If you'd like any further assistance, please give us a call at (800) 492-7378.Regards,Customer Care0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on crest.com
