From what I can tell this seems to be a good product. It's always difficult to tell with supplements. Previously, when I have taken other brands of CoQ-10 I can usually tell because my heartbeat feels different (a bit faster & a little harder) & more energetic. I felt the same with this brand. These softgels are a good value for the money. The packaging allows easy access. CoQ10 to improve your health!
I take CoQ-10 but I've never tried this brand. The soft gel caps were very small which I love. The smell was very neutral and there was no aftertaste. Definitely worth giving this brand a try. Good product
Very simple product. I haven't taken it long enough to notice effects. Wish there were more gels in a bottle to make the price worth it. Take with food in case your stomach is sensitive. Good value
