Part of a healthy lifestyle
These do use bovine gelatin if you're vegetarian or vegan. Th packaging is typical. It'd be nice if it had a flip lid. They work as expected and leave no aftertaste. I'd say the cost is normal. Easy to take
CoQ10 is something I've never tried before but happy to as I get older. I'm happy to try products that supports heart health as it's important in our 40s. The bottle was easy to open but not too easy a child could access it. There was no aftertaste and no strong smell. I normally like smaller vitamins or gels but this gel sometimes took a while to "glide" down.
