Too small compartments
Too small for arthritic fingers too pick up pills..

Large and Spacious
The biggest pill organizer I have ever bought. Labeled Morning, Noon, Evening and Bedtime for each day of the week. Perfect for the person who takes a lot of medication. Has large easy push tabs to open. Not recommended for someone who carries a small purse.

4-A-Day Pill Planner
I like this planner; old one would not stay shut tight which resulted in meds for other day falling out. This new one seems to shut securely.

Best Yet
I have used large pill planers for years. They all had lids that would pop open, spilling pills from other sections. This one has great locking lids that keep one's medications locked securely where they belong. The sections are large enough to accommodate the many medications and supplements that I use.
