I initially purchased this product in mediau size (I am 5'9" tall @ 155 lbs) and, after wearing for golf twice I decided that Medium Size was way too large! Perfect for what it was needed for
The knee brace was exactly what I needed. I have been having tremendous problems with my knee and when I went to the orthopedist, he recommended a knee brace with the hole in the center. After I tried on a few sizes, I found the size small was absolutely perfect for me. I have been using it now for one week and the pain has subsided immensely. I don't think this has any use.
It has an elastic piece that goes under your knee which is uncomfortable and I would think it might intefere with the blood flow of your leg. Would not recomend to buy this. I did buy one, took it back and bought a larger size figuring it would be comfortable on my leg. This elastic piece should not be on. I do have skinny legs so this is not the problem. Works Fabulous!
Was looking for something to give me extra support due to an old knee injury and this works perfectly. It is amazing for giving me extra support when my knee is bothering me after/during a workout or tender the next day.
