This product did nothing to help me with my knee pain. It added to the discomfort by cutting off circulation on my leg. I think if the pad around the knee was padded thicker it might have add relief to area. I think an Ace bandage would have done a better job in securing my knee joint. Had this item actually worked.... Moving better

Disappointed in the size (xl)

WAY TOO BIG
I didn't see any size choice when I ordered. Stil don't, but it DOES say XL. I'm a 6', 180 lb man, but I guess I need a medium.
