    Great

    Gave this to my significant other because he's been having shoulder pain and he loved it. It gave him the pain relief that he's been needing for weeks

    Easy to use comfort

    This product is easy to use and set up. It works well, and has several settings for different levels of heat. There is even a damp heat option. Nice product.

    Heats up fast

    This CVS heated shoulder wrap has been a huge help for my shoulder pains. It heated up within 30 seconds and has 3 heat settings. The warm setting feels so nice and relaxing in the shoulder pain. After using it for 15 minutes, my shoulder feels some relief.

    A Great Little Hearing Pad

    The CVS adjustable heated shoulder strap is a great little heating pad that is actually extremely versatile as you don't need to just use it on your shoulder you can use it on your hip you can use it on any part of your body that may experience aches or cramps. It's extremely soft on the outside and gets very warm without you uncomfortable. The only downside is the cord could be a little longer but overall it's a good little device.

    Adjustable heated shoulder wrap

    This CVS adjustable heated shoulder wrap does what it says. Heats up fast and confirms well to help relieve pain and muscle soreness. Design can be better and easier to use if the straps were permanently attached instead of trying to velcro both on while holding wrap in place one handed.

    It works and heats fast!

    The adjustable heated shoulder wrap works great and gets up to temp very fast, what more can you ask for when needing quick relief from sore muscles or aches and pains. 4 stars due to the ease of putting it on. Comes with 2 straps which is nice, in my opinion it would have been a better design to have one end of the strap permanently attached on one end to make it easier to put the heating pad on since you'll be doing it one handed. Other than that, I think it is an excellent heating pad. I suppose a positive from not having the straps attached is it lays flat so you don't technically just have to use it for your shoulder, could be great for the back or stomach too!

    Not sure

    So, I gave the CVS Health Heated Shoulder Wrap a shot, but honestly, the user manual is a bit of a letdown. They barely show off the actual wrap - it's all about the controller. Sure, they claim you can wash it and do some fancy moisture heat therapy, but there's this puzzling part that says, "do not plug in wrap until it is dry." How are you supposed to do moist heat therapy if you can't use it damp? And, oh boy, when I opened it up, it had this funky cheap smell. Not the best first impression, CVS. 🤔
