I am so glad I got this today because my period just started and let me tell you, this has been a game changer for me!., I like the fact that it has three settings, it's easy to use, & I like that It also has a long strap just in case I wanna wrap it around, even though I know that this is for your shoulder but my main goal was for those menstural days. Quick heat up
You can put this shoulder wrap on yourself! I'm sure it would be easier with a friend, but it's nice to know I can do this on my own. Shoulder Wrap!
The strap is genius! This is way better than my normal heat pad. This targets my shoulder and neck without me needing to hold it down. Works!!!
I used this shoulder wrap on my shoulder. I put it on the second of 3 settings and the heat was just enough to soothe my shoulder where it needed it. After using it, I tell you my shoulder feels so much better! I can move it so much easier!! The straps were a little confusing to put on initially but after a little adjusting, I was able to place them to where they were comfortable. I highly recommend this adjustable heated shoulder wrap! Wrap flexes to confirm to your shoulder
The heated shoulder wrap is amazing. You able to adjust and wrap the pad which will confirm to your body. The hey element is that it stays in place and the heat is able to target the shoulder without having to hold in place. The wrap has three settings and heats up quickly. If you have a sore or achy like myself this heated wrap is worth getting vs a standard heating pad that you have to hold in place.
