Overall it works. I felt like my posture was straighter when I put it on. It's fairly simple to use but not the most comfortable thing out there. Comfortable, lightweight, discreet and effective!
This posture corrector has a simple but functional design and really love that it's adjustable! I thought I had decent posture, but wearing this made me realize how often I roll my shoulders inward without noticing, especially while I'm at the computer. The key for me was pulling the straps outward rather than letting them rest where a tank top typically would. That small adjustment seemed to make it much more effective! It's comfortable enough to wear for a few hours at a time, and when I was disciplined about using it consistently, I felt a noticeable improvement. Lightweight and helps with posture
We just got this posture corrector in the mail and we're trying it out right now. I have my son wear it due to his growing height and helping him to sit up straight. He says that it is comfortable and he sees himself wearing it a few hours a day without feeling the needs to take it off it gives him nice support and the material is light fabric.
