I actually like the taste of these gummies. I usually have a hard time with the taste of gummies, but these are good easy to chew and swallow. I can tell a difference in the weeks I have been using. Great Probiotic Option
Overall, these are a great option for getting your daily probiotics. The flavor and texture are good, and since they're fine for the kids too, it can be a single purchase for the whole family if needed. I haven't noticed any side effects or gut issues so far, and my digestion and regularly seem to be in check, so performance wise they look to be doing their job. These are delicious. I know it's not supposed to be like Candy but these are really good I haven't found probiotic gummy I really like until now . My entire family takes these .
