    What the heck?

    Bought this hoping for great results. Cannot believe how terrible this product is. First off, nothing is intuitive -- terrible interface, can't program it at all and is permanently stuck on program 14 -- probably to the end of time. It also would never pulse for me, so what is the purpose of this except maybe to make a paperweight? I'm returning it.

    Poor quality

    Fortunately I was able to get this Stim unit for aprox $18 after discounts, carloads and rewards. Unfortunately, I am going to return it as it is cheaply made and buttons do not work efficiently when you press them. Do not recommend

    Electrodes not working

    I purchased this device today in hopes to provide my husband some relief from his sciatica pain. We followed all of the instructions as they were printed and there are no electrical impulses that are being transmitted. I called customer service as well and they were not able to assist. I opened up a ticket for this issue - Incident # S9010528. I plan to return this device for a refund as it did not do what it was designed to do.

    Can't find or buy new adhesive electrodes

    I cannot find the adhesive electrodes for this product. It would be nice if CVS had those available if you buy the product through them.
