Boyfriend had the flu

This product works very well..any time I feel sluggish or feel a tickle in my throat or get that feeling like OMG i'm going to get a cold. I pop one of these in a glass of cold water, drink it and voila I feel soo much better. I haven't had a cold in years because I use this. same quality as the leading Vitamin C effervescent and much more affordable!6 users found this review helpful.
