I really like this product and initially the pharmacist who went to get the product for me said they didn't have the size and count I wanted in stock but he kept looking and he found it at the back of the line where the product was stocked. He was kind enough to look for me because not too long ago I went in a different day to buy the same product and a younger guy helped me. He looked at the stock and said I'm sorry we don't have that quantity do you want one that's 20 count? Since cost was a issue for me that day I said no and left. Does the job
Now that all three kinds of antihistamine/decongestants are called Allergy Relief, it's helpful to ask for it by package color, or active ingredient, or brand name. All three contain pseudoephedrine as the decongestant. This one has loratadine, the active ingredient in Claritin, as the antihistamine. The other two come in green packaging (like Allegra) and yellow packaging (like Zyrtec). D-12 means the product works for 12 hours. I prefer these because the 24-hour one keeps me awake at night. I get the blue because the green package makes me impatient.
