    Easy to take supplement

    I've been taking the CVS Health B-100 Complex for a few weeks now and I'm satisfied overall with this supplement. As someone who has a difficult time swallowing pills, this tablet's smaller size make it easy for me to take daily. I think some of the mega pills out there make people choose other forms. The supplement has a slight vitamin scent and taste but not too strong. I incorporated the supplement into my morning breakfast routine. I didn't notice an immediate improvement nor did I expect to. However by week 2 or 3, I wasn't feeling that midway slump that I often do. I can't say it's because of this but I haven't made any other dietary or exercise changes. Because this supplement is easy to take and it's now a part of my routine, I plan to continue to take.

    Great!

    I feel that supplements are essential for my overall health. These CVS B vitamins work great for me. The smaller sized caplets are easy to swallow and the time-release helps me sustain my energy throughout the day.

    CVS Vitamins Rock!

    I have taken vitamins for years. B-Complex vitamins have always been a part of my line-up. Sometimes, they leave an odd taste in my mouth but not the CVS B-100 Complex. Also, my physicians are always happy that I am taking them and when they review my bloodwork I have always had great levels for B vitamins.

    A good blend of vitamins

    I have been under a lot of stress lately and I know B vitamins are good to help with stress. The CVS Health Balanced B-100 Complex has a good selection of B vitamins plus calcium. I like the size of these caplets. They are very easy to swallow. They seem to be helping me so I'm feeling better now.

    I feel great!

    I'm so grateful for my B-100 timed release caplets. I am usually tired and don't have too much energy, so I decided to try these caplets. I wish I would've tried these sooner! My body feels great and I have normal energy again!

    Pretty good supplement for energy

    I added this supplement to my routine 2-3 weeks ago and I have noticed higher energy levels throughout my daily routine. The caplets are big, but easy to swallow. The only downside was they threw off my digestive cycle, and made my urine highlighter yellow.

    Good

    These are pretty descent dietary supplements. I never knew that pills can be timed released so, I thought that was neat. I was really lacking in the energy department until I took these. It helped a lot. I think it was because I wasn't getting as much as I was getting before. These are really easy to swallow as well. This also comes from someone that has a problem with most pills swallowing them too. These were really easy!

    Really good supplement!

    My first impression of CVS Health Balanced B-100 Timed Release Caplets was the size. However, I was surprised how easily it is to swallow, goes down with no problem. The B-100 caplets have higher milligram content than the B-complex I had been taking. The higher mg and Time Release keeps me awake and ready for the day. I no longer feel the need for a nap! This supplement really works!
