    Best taken before eating

    Best taken before eating. It helps you digest complex carbohydrates so they don't make gas in the first place. Simethicone breaks up bubbles in your system so it can be released more easily. So that's better to use when you have bloated symptoms. Beanaid works well but it's not perfect. For me it eliminates about 80% of the gas I would have without it.

    They Work

    Take before eating and it will prevent gas attacks later. 1/2 the cost of Beano but works the same

    It helps my stomach before I eat!

    Beanaid helps my stomach before I eat! There are not many options thst I have to take before I eat. I have to take something such as Beanaid before I eat or else I am not able to eat! Because I have digestive issues!
