    Could be helpful

    I gave these supplements a good few weeks try and noticed only a slight difference in my alertness, but nothing major and I don't feel like it was everyday. Luckily there is no taste because these are rather large pills and you take 2 of them. Maybe my body chemistry just didn't work with it as well, but I could see how for some the ingredients would be helpful.

    The Good Stuff

    This is the good stuff! All of the essential omega 3s and vitamins that the over 50 crowd can use. The capsules are odorless and tasteless. You won't be burping up fish. They are large but easy to swallow and fast dissolving.

    Gentle on your stomach

    I've been taking these for a few weeks and I notice a slight difference in my alertness. The capsules are easy to take and do not have an icky after taste. I haven't noticed any side effects.

    Weird promotion but good ingredients

    These have a weird claim for the ingredients in my opinion. Now I haven't done the research but from what I know from my education these are more heart healthy then for brain and alertness. Of course, it could have beneficial effects for those things I just think it's weird to promote them for that. These have great ingredients.

    Not for vegetarians

    I received a bottle of CVS Health Brain function soft gels from #influencer and #cvshealth in return for my honest opinion. It's a fish oil supplement that also contains turmeric. The capsules are large, which can make it difficult for some people to swallow. The capsule itself is made with bovine gelatin, so not vegetarian friendly. I don't have a problem swallowing them and for me, anything that will help support brain function is always welcome.

    Got it for my mom

    My mom is getting a little forgetful and has been taking this and can see the difference I like that it is over the counter and just take daily. Plus it's affordable

    Didn’t do much for me

    I didn't really notice much of a difference from these supplements. I am not sure if the ingredients aren't effective for me or if time of day may help them feel more useful but I didn't notice much at all.
