Easy way to increase calcium
I am dairy free and breastfeeding and need to keep my calcium levels up. This is an easy way for me to remember since I only need to take 1-2 to supplement. I wasn't sure at first if I was supposed to chew or swallow the pill as it did not state in the instructions which one I was supposed to do. The size of the pill isn't too big to swallow although I don't like the purple color as I kept expecting it to be grape flavored due to the color. Health Calcium 600 Mg + D and Mineral Tablets
I received this product for a honest review. I have been taking these for about 2 weeks now and I notice a difference. I feel more energetic and less tired overall. I like that I can take one tablet that has several advantages. Comes in handy!
Calcium is an important mineral to have in your life. It helps with your bones, teeth, muscles, nerves and your heart function. Its best to take 2 tablets a day with a meal. The tablets are about 3/4" wide, which are somewhat big. If you can't take big pills then i wouldn't recommend this one.0 users found this review helpful.
