Works great!
I have been having some issues with my hand lately, I picked up this thumb splint and have enjoyed it very much. It is comfortable and works great. I got this CVS Health Custom Fit Thumb Splint because I have trouble with my right thumb. Although I feel this is a good product. I honestly think it could be better if it were to form fit around my thumb. It was very stiff and It didn't feel good to my hand. Product fit perfect
This product fits around my thumb and wrist nicely. This product is adjustable to hold thumb in place. I can easily wash and dry product, helps keep thumb in place. Bulky and Difficult to Form
My thumb joint has been swollen and sore for a couple of years and I had previously tried 3 other types of thumb splits that worked okay but they didn't fit that great. When I saw that CVS was making a reasonably priced custom fit thumb splint, I was excited to try it. The directions say to heat the splint for 15 seconds in the microwave on the heating tray that comes with it. I found that it took closer to 60 seconds for the splint to get hot enough to be pliable but even then, it was very stiff and did not mold well to my hand. What I liked the most was that the splint stayed warm for several minutes and the heat from the splint felt great on my sore thumb. What I disliked was that it felt bulky and I there were large gaps between it and my hand. I'm giving the splint 3 stars because I expected it to be reasonably easy to form to the shape of my hand and despite my best efforts, I could not get a snug fit and it ended up not fitting my hand very well at all.Reply from CVS Customer Relations RepresentativeHace 2 añosHi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS Health Custom Fit Thumb Splint . Works well
As someone who sometimes has issues with their hands because of possible carpal tunnel, I was looking for something to stabilize my thumb and help with the pain I sometimes get there. This was easy to put on and did a good job getting just the right fit to help with my thumb. Perfect for those minor injuries
Both of my sons and I play basket ball and it's so common to injury a thumb with so much quick movement and passing . The main use is when one of us jams a thumb catching a pass and this product really helps the healing and resting process. Perfect
This thumb sleeve works well just like it's supposed to it holds my thumb in place from moving so much very comfortable to wear I have tendinitis and this helps out my hand so much. I wear it to work as well0 users found this review helpful.
