Keeps yeast infections away

Truly amazjng product
I don't care what the doctors say or anyone else. I've been told that "all probiotics are the same and do the same thing as yogurt". Let me just tell you first hand that I've tried many other name brands/off brands of this product and I loveee yogurt but none of them work "magic". I've never tried the name brand Culturelle so I can't speak to it, but this CVS brand is amazing. Yes, it's still expensive I think but a lot better deal than the name brand. CVS compare to brand has wayy more live cultures and CVS always has their boxes buy one get one 50% off. This is kind of expensive up front but it lasts a really, really long time. When I run out and think "they're just too expensive, I'll be fine", I start feeling soooo bloated and always have pain/discomfort in my large intestine area. Once I've started back on these, it never fails, I feel better again by day 3. I will say, I got on a wine kick for a couple weeks (a new brand I love) and was having 2 or even 3 glasses some nights (don't judge. lol.). I started noticing the bloating and pain coming back. After some research I found out that alcohol actually kills good bacteria and obviously kills/depletes the new, good bacteria you're putting in also. Needless to say I'll have a glass or two one night a week or so now. Just wanted to throw that out there incase you drank a couple glasses a day and wasn't seeing a difference.
