    Wore them to a concert that night

    I have very sensitive hearing and have tried all different kinds of ear plugs which didn't work to headsets that cancel all sound and are uncomfortable. These were a little pricey but I had a coupon. They also said up to 20 decibels on the package.We sat 19 rows from the stage in front of the speakers and I enjoyed the concert. These earplugs lowered the heavy instrument sound but I could hear the singers. I recommend them.

    Helps me with ear pain when landing on an airplane

    This works well when put in before starting descent and kept in until landing is completed
