The timer goes off every 30 seconds so you can brush the front top , bottom and inside top and bottom for the same amount of time. It auto shuts off after the fourth set of 30 seconds. ¡Me encanta!3 users found this review helpful.

Good value
I had an Oral B that finally gave up the ghost so with some fear and trepidation got this less expensive CVS brand,So far I like this toothbrush a lot. I especially like the fact that it beeps every 30 seconds to signal you to change the quadrant of your teeth that you're brushing. Somehow the 2 minutes doesn't seem to take as long when it's broken into 30-second segments. Does not work how it is advertised.
I purchased this brush and was excited to use it, only to be disappointed. After the first couple uses I was bragging about how strong it was.. only to realize the vibration was the only thing I felt. The head did not spin as I was brushing my teeth. I've tried lightly brushing. I've tried brushing at different angles. I've even tested the brush by barely tapping my finger on the spinning head, only to see that it stops spinning from any light touching of the bristles. I would return this product if I hadn't let it sit to collect dust on my bathroom counter, but I did, so I'm throwing this waste of money in the trash. Head stops spinning when touched
The head spins great when the machine is turned on, but when I touch it to my teeth, or a finger to test it, it stops rotating.
